Community Planning and Partnerships Français

On March 26, 2015, the Ministry of Education released the new Pupil Accommodation Review (PARG) and Community Planning and Partnerships Guidelines (CPP). On February 24, 2016, the Conseil scolaire catholique MonAvenir amended its Policy 10.1: Pupil Accommodation Review to reflect these new changes.

The Csc MonAvenir recognizes that the sharing of school facilities with its community partners reinforces the links between the school board and the larger community while providing solutions to under-utilized space in schools.

The Csc MonAvenir currently has a surplus space in some of its buildings and is exploring the possibility to share the facilities to maximize the use of school facilities for the benefit of the students and the community.

Available Space:

Organizations interested in sharing facility partnership are invited to submit a letter of intent with relevant planning information such as community needs, growth plans to the Director of Education. Before entering into a facility partnership, there is a need to determine the expectations for the partnering organization and how it aligns with Csc MonAvenir strategic directions. Partnerships must be appropriate for the school setting and not compromise the student achievement strategy.
